Harde, also known as Haritaki fruit which is sweet, sour and astringent in taste, as well as slightly bitter and pungent. Haritaki fruit traditionally is known as a rasayana tonic and has been used for centuries for regulating the digestive system. It is also a tridosagna, meaning it can be used with any type of health inbalance.

Ingredients: 100% Terminalia chebula /Haritaki /Harde

Usage: 1-2 tablesppon before bedtime with plenty of warm water.
