Natco Ground Rice is freshly milled from specially selected rice grains. 

Traditionally used for puddings or South Indian Idli rice cakes. Make an alternative to chapattis with this flour. Natco Ground Rice is a coarser version of rice flour and is used in Indian cookery mainly for making Idlis and Dosas - a steamed rice pudding and a rice pancake. Can also be used for a variety of puddings and sweets.
