Skewered lamb mince, are authentic Kebabs from India and Pakistan.

Traditional recipes consist of lamb mince marinated in spices, lemon juice, garlic, onions and yogurt, skewered on large steel skewers and cooked in a tandoor or a charcoal barbecue. Served with mint sauce and salad.

Ingredients: Paprika, Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Musk Melon, Ginger, All Spice, Long Black Pepper, Black Pepper, Cumin, Black Cumin, Clove, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Roasted Chick Pea, Carom, Citric Acid (E330), Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide & Dried Papaya Powder.
