Ingredients Required:

Boneless, (lamb, beef or chicken) 1kg thin long strips or small cubes

Raw Papaya with skin, 1 cup grounded,

200g Onions, medium 4, finely sliced,

300g Garlic Paste,

1 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Paste,

1 1/2 tablespoon Yogurt, plain,

100g Oil/Ghee, 85g
